Those who were present in the parish centre last weekend will all be in agreement as to what a fantastic occasion it really was for St Malachy's GAC. It was the culmination of weeks of dedication and hard work that resulted in such an entertaining and thoroughly enjoyable show spread over two nights to give everyone in the club the chance to see the talent that exists within our community. 13/05/2016 - Jack Boothman. RIP.

The Committee and members of St Malachy’s GAC regret the death of Jack Boothman, former president of the Gaelic Athletic Association (1994-97). As Uachtarain Cumann Luthchleas Gael the County Wicklow opened our pavilion in 1996. Jack returned to open the pitch in 2002 and was delighted when we opened the small pitch and car park in 2010 He always said he felt very welcome and at home when he came to the Broagh - may he rest in peace.
